A Different Way to Find Your
Collaborating Physician
Traditional matching services choose a physician for you. Collab-MD lets you do the matching.
Browse physician profiles based on state licensure, specialty, collaboration style, level of support, and monthly fee. When someone looks like a potential fit, use a connection credit to reach out. You and the physician can then decide whether you want to work together.
No assigned matches. No percentage of your monthly collaboration fee.
Just more choice and control over one of your most important professional relationships.
How to Join
1. Create your free NP account
Sign up, complete your NP profile, and start exploring available physicians. There's no payment required to browse.
2. Browse and compare physicians
Explore physicians by licensed state, specialty, collaboration preferences, and typical fees. Compare your options before deciding whether to join. Full physician profiles become available after joining.
3. Join when you're ready to connect
Pay the one-time $250* joining fee, which includes your first physician connection. Select your physician to unlock direct contact information.
Additional connections are $25 each or five for $100.

4. Connect directly. You choose.
Your selected physician also receives your profile and contact information. Either of you can initiate contact, discuss expectations, and decide whether working together is a good fit.
Collab-MD doesn't take a cut of the ongoing collaboration fee.

When you're ready to connect, pay a $250 one-time joining fee*, which includes your first physician connection. Want to explore additional options? Extra connections are just $25 each or five for $100. Each physician connection uses one credit, so you only pay for what you need.

Once you've chosen a physician, your ongoing collaboration is between you and your physician. Collab-MD doesn't take a percentage of the fee you negotiate together.
